Ltd.<\/strong>, the customer agrees to the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.1 Eligibility<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Applicant must be an Indian resident above 18 years of age<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valid KYC documents and proof of income are mandatory<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Loan approval is subject to internal credit assessment and partner Bank\/NBFC policies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.2 Loan Disbursement<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Loans are sanctioned and disbursed only after successful verification<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disbursement timelines depend on Bank\/NBFC processing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applicable processing charges, interest rates, and repayment schedules are disclosed upfront<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.3 Repayment Terms<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Repayments are primarily collected through eNACH mandates or other approved digital payment modes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The customer must ensure adequate balance in their bank account before EMI due dates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delays or defaults may lead to:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Penal interest\/late payment fees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reporting to credit bureaus (which may impact credit score)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recovery actions as per the loan agreement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.4 Prohibited Practices<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Submission of false documents or misrepresentation will result in loan cancellation and legal action<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Funds must be used strictly for the declared purpose mentioned in the loan application<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.5 Company Rights<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The company reserves the right to revise terms, interest rates, or service conditions in compliance with RBI directives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Loans may be recalled if fraud, misrepresentation, or breach of contract is detected<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>By availing services from MPS Financial Services Pvt.
